ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR AP HEALTH & PERFORMANCE?

The most important element for the right type of client is COACHABILITY.

To be “coachable” means you’re willing to be taught what you need, and implement what you're taught, in order to improve on your weaknesses. It means you’re able to acknowledge your own shortcomings and admitting that you don’t have all the answers, but with the desire to do better and be better. Lastly, it requires that you can leave your ego at the door, have a positive outlook on what’s ahead, and trust in the process with patience.

If this sounds like you, then keep reading to find out if you’d be a good fit to work with me.

WHO IS AP PERSONAL TRAINING NOT FOR?

This isn't for everyone, and it's best not to pursue this if you fall under ANY of the following:

  • People who aren't willing to let go of their current limiting beliefs.

  • People who "never have the time" and aren't willing to make time.

  • People who only want a quick-fix crash-diet with no care for the long-term.

  • People who aren’t willing to take action promptly on the guidance provided to them by their coach.

  • People who don’t want to be responsive with feedback and general communication throughout their programme.

  • People who aren’t willing to change their old habits or lifestyle.
