ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR AP PERSONAL TRAINING?
The most important element for the right type of client is COACHABILITY.
To be “coachable” means you’re willing to be taught what you need, and implement what you're taught, in order to improve on your weaknesses. It means you’re able to acknowledge your own shortcomings and admitting that you don’t have all the answers, but with the desire to do better and be better. Lastly, it requires that you can leave your ego at the door, have a positive outlook on what’s ahead, and trust in the process with patience.
If this sounds like you, then keep reading to find out if you’d be a good fit to work with me.

Key Elements Of A Successful Body-Transformation Journey:
AP Personal Training provides an all-encompassing approach to transforming your mind, body and lifestyle for rapid results and life-long sustainability. This is a premium service that's based on providing you with the solutions to your obstacles, empowering you to regain control of every aspect of yourself.
This isn’t just about aimlessly telling you what to eat and how to exercise. This is an education of how your body works in order for you to understand the key principles involved for both your short and long-term success, and how to follow a specific training and nutrition plan that works for your goals.
There are many key elements, and a lot of corners to be turned in a successful journey of a body-transformation, as you can see below:
1-to-1 personal training includes all the aspects of online coaching, with the added benefit of training with me, multiple times each week in person. Every training session is an experience of pushing past your own physical and mental limitations that have held you back for so long.
From your very first 1-to-1 session, we will review your completed questionnaire together, to address any potential obstacles that may stand between you and your goal.
We'll also take your first measurements and "before-pictures" to record your starting point, which we'll use to look back on and measure your progress going forwards.
To complete your first session, we'll then get out on the gym floor to start your training.
With the information I gather from your questionnaire and initial training session, I will then devise a structured plan to take you from where you currently are to where you want to be.

WHAT DOES AP PERSONAL TRAINING DO?
Having signed up with AP Personal Training, you’ll receive my client questionnaire to fill out in order for me to establish where you are and where you want to be. Along with this you’ll receive a guide to taking your starting pictures, as this will mark your starting point as a reference to measure your progress going forwards. Once you’ve sent these back to me, you’ll receive the following within 48 hours:
We'll also schedule the first of your monthly Video Coaching Calls in your first week to go over your plan, so that you fully understand your plan, and know exactly what you need to do from the very start.
My coaching service will equip you with the tools you need to achieve the life-changing results you’ve always wanted.
THE CLIENT TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY
A complete client transformation journey follows these 5 phases of step-by-step progression towards the best possible version of YOU.
PHASE 1 - BEHAVIOURAL CHANGE
Build your understanding of your own actions that have led you to fall out of shape.
Alongside this, start to build new daily habits that are centred around nutrition, training, and a healthy lifestyle, minimise the thought-process of implementing them, and put your plan on autopilot towards successful results.
As for your training, this first phase is when you learn how to train correctly with the right technique, in order for you to build a strong foundation for reaping the maximum reward from your training going forwards.
PHASE 2 - RUTHLESS CONSISTENCY
Once you have your habits in place and your plan for progress is in motion, the rest is all about being consistent with those daily habits, meeting each of your weekly targets and working towards your initial fat-loss goal in your specified timeframe.
This is the time to minimise the chance of any obstacles getting your way, and “putting the blinders on”.
Your primary focus is on losing excess bodyfat and carving out a lean physique, which not only ticks the box of getting you looking better, but also of improving your all-round health.
Your training should now feel familiar, in the sense that you know exactly what you're doing with each workout and exercise, which then sets you up to be able to push harder for progress at every session.
PHASE 3 - FINDING BALANCE
Having reached your initial fat-loss goal, you will have achieved your first transformation checkpoint.
This is the point where you no longer have to stress about watching your weight for the majority of the year, which you may have done before.
It’s the time to reflect on your journey so far, recognising your old habits that you had to let go of, and the new habits that you created to have the biggest impact for you to make this change.
From this you can extract new values in your day-to-day life that you want to maintain going forwards, while relaxing some of the previously crucial habits that helped you transform, in order to find balance.
PHASE 4 - PUSHING ON PERFORMANCE
After taking a moment to enjoy your new mind, body and lifestyle, it’s time to push on with your transformation by focusing on improving your strength, physical performance, and muscle mass – which gives you the really eye-catching aspect of your physique.
The primary focus now switches from your scale weight and bodyfat level from Phase 2, to achieving your first pull-up, beating your 5km run time or whatever performance goal that you aspire to achieve.
PHASE 5 - LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE
You’ve come a long way from when you first started this journey, not knowing what to expect or what would happen along the way. You’ve achieved so many small wins to reach this big winning moment, and overcome obstacles that you never thought would be possible, in order to transform the way you look, think, and feel, all for the far-better.
This journey of self-development is now a way of life that you’ve integrated in a way that you can continuously grow, with confidence, enjoyment, and happiness.
WHO IS AP PERSONAL TRAINING NOT FOR?
This isn't for everyone, and it's best not to pursue this if you fall under the following:
People who only want a quick-fix crash-diet with no care for the long-term.
People who aren’t willing to take action promptly on the guidance provided to them by their coach.
People who don’t want to be responsive with feedback and general communication throughout their programme.
People who aren’t willing to change their old habits or lifestyle.
I work with clients both globally with Online Coaching, and local to me in Central - Hong Kong with 1-to-1 Personal Training
